ElSource offers many fast and convenient shipping methods for items purchased online, including small-item shipping methods, large-item shipping methods and gift cards.

Shipping Fees:
ElSource can deliver to anywhere within Egypt. We are committed to working with the most economical couriers to guarantee the lowest shipping cost for each region within Egypt and to achieve the best service in terms of delivery time, reliability, and Customer service.

Delivery Time:
We offer a comprehensive nationwide delivery service; we aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

In-stock Products:

• for 1 to 3 products: 3 business days.
• For more than 3 products: 5 to 15 business days.  

On Request/ Special order products: please contact us to know the exact time frame as this depends on importing, shipping, and maintenance of any of your special-order products.  

Free Pick Up in Store
- You can pick up your online order in our warehouse easily. Simply select the pickup at the store option and head to your nearest ElSource warehouse to pick up your order.

How to pick up free at the store?

• During checkout online, select “Pickup” and select your preferred store.
  • After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number”. 
  • Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”. (Usually within 24 hours for in stock items)
  • Bring your "order confirmation number" to the storehouse you selected for pick up, along with ID card and the credit card you used to make the order.
  • If you want to pay cash payment at our storehouse, please speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

Other delivery information:
• Please allow additional days for your delivery to take place when there are in borders of Egypt cities and respective Country Holidays. 
• Please also allow additional days in during our sale promotions i.e.  DSF, Summer Promotions etc.

 Elsource.net will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt..

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
